Dr. Hannah Schroeder is a licensed naturopathic doctor practicing medicine in the state of Arizona. In addition to learning and practicing standard-of-care medicine, she has specialized training in herbalism/botanical medicine, acupuncture, nutrition, homeopathy, mind-body medicine, and nature-cure practices. She has been serving the greater Phoenix area as a licensed naturopathic doctor for the past 5 years.

After completing her degree in Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at the Sonoran University of Health Sciences, Hannah went on to complete 2 years of General Medicine residency as a resident physician at the Sonoran University Medical Center. Following this strong base in general family medicine and primary care, she stayed on at Sonoran University to complete 2 years in academics, teaching medical students as a faculty instructor while maintaining a medical practice as an attending physician. Hannah loves serving Sonoran University's community of medical students and continues to offer support as adjunct faculty and examiner in students' milestone exams. 

Hannah has completed additional training in herbalism under the supervision of an experienced Registered Herbalist who has practiced herbalism for 30+ years. This training consisted of completing 96 hours in introductory herbalist apprenticeship, involving didactic lessons, hands-on medicine making, and in-the-field plant identification and ethical wild-harvesting. She has also completed 36 hours in herbalism training for women's health concerns. 

With a particular fondness for nature, herbalism, mind-body connection, and acupuncture, Hannah wants to use these skills to give back to the community. Her intention is to provide access to these tools through both consulting and medical practice, as well as access to practical education and affordable community services to improve accessibility. In a time where we all are struggling, we can all use some individual AND community support.
